Description
San Remo Fresh Pappardelle contains Fresh Free Range Eggs and has no added artificial colours or flavours.Translating as ‘to eat’ from the Tuscan dialect, Pappardelle is traditionally eaten with a hearty meat ragu often containing game. It is traditional to Northern and central Italy, in particular Emilia-Romagna, Umbria and Tuscany.Ingredients
Durum Wheat Semolina, Egg (12%), Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid).
Usage Instructions
Add pasta to 3-4 litres of boiling water, with salt to taste. Return to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes, or until desired texture is reached, then drain. If frozen, fully thaw pasta in the refrigerator and cook pasta as per above cooking instructions.
Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C. Product may be frozen.
