  1. Can I order tobacco products?
    Yes, you can - but there must be someone over the age of 18 at home to receive any delivery containing tobacco products.

    The legal age to purchase alcohol and tobacco is 18. No one under this age may place or receive an order for tobacco products. Our staff will check the identification of all customers receiving tobacco products who appear to be under 25 years of age.

    'It is an offence to sell or supply Liquor, Tobacco or Tobacco Products to persons under 18 years of age, or to obtain such products on their behalf.'
     
  2. How do I find catalogue specials?
    Visit 'Specials' each time your shop to take advantage of the latest catalogue & online exclusive specials.

    Click 'Specials' on the left side of the home page. Specials will also be highlighted throughout the store, in lists and in search result pages with a red $ icon - this will also display the Special saving along with the 'was' and 'now' price.

    Multibuy Specials are not available online.
     
  3. How do I order random weight products?
    Random weight products will have a and - button next to the Quantity box. Clicking on these will increase or decrease the amount. Alternatively you can type the amount you would like to order and click 'Add'.
    Note: The value in the box will be in grams, so for 1.25kg enter 1250.
     
  4. How do I create a shopping list? 
    While browsing the store you can click on the 'Add+' button at the bottom of every product box to save it to your trolley. These can then be accessed by clicking on the review and checkout button on the right side of the home page.
     
  5. How do I search for a product?

    1. Use the Product Search at the top of the page
    You can search for products at the top of the page by typing in what you are looking for and clicking "Search".

    2. Shop from your 'Frequent Purchases'
    Click on the 'Saved Trolleys' link at the top of the page. This will give a list of trolleys you have purchased. You can also access previous trolleys that have not yet been saved.
     
  6. How do I choose a delivery or collection time?
    Reserving a delivery or collection time can be completed at the end of your shop (during checkout).

    Select whether your order is for pick up or delivery and click on the link to select a pick up or delivery time.
    View the time slots available.
    Once you have found a suitable time, select and click the slot reserve the time slot.

    Orders can be placed up to 1 week in advance.
     
  7. How do I register?
    You can register at the beginning of your shop.

    To register:

    Enter your email address on the homepage.
    Complete the registration form - ensuring all mandatory fields are populated.
    Once registered, your email address and password can be used to access the site at anytime.
    A confirmation email will be sent to your email address with a link to verify your account.

  2. What hours do you deliver?
    Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Same day service is available if we receive your order by 7.00 am. Orders received after 7.00am will be delivered the following day.. There is no delivery service on Saturdays.

    If you nominate a delivery time we will endeavour to deliver within a one hour period. For example, for a 2.00pm delivery, we aim to deliver between 1.30pm and 2.30pm. Times are subject to change depending on daily delivery loads.

  4. How do you deliver?
    Once you've placed your order, our team of Personal Shoppers will pick your order by hand and then arrange delivery of your groceries to your home or office within your selected delivery time. Once your delivery arrives, you will need to sign a delivery note and accept your shopping.
     
  5. Who can accept a delivery?
    Anyone over the age of 18 may sign for deliveries.
     
  6. How do I choose a delivery time?

  8. Can I change my delivery time?
    Unfortunately at this stage delivery times can't be changed after an order has been placed. We hope to add this feature in the near future.
     
  9. What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
    For your safety, we will not leave goods unattended.

    If a delivery cannot be made because you were not home during your scheduled delivery time, your order will be returned to the store and we will contact you.

  11. What if my delivery is late?
    We try our best to let you know of any delay as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there are occasionally delays beyond our control.

    Your order is important to us and we will inform you of any potential delay as soon as possible. In this event you will receive a call from someone at our store to inform you of the late delivery.
     
  12. Who will deliver my groceries?
    Our reliable and friendly staff will deliver your groceries to your front door.
     
  13. How do you keep my products fresh?
    We will pick only the best quality from our fresh produce section and deliver it straight from our refrigerators to your door in refrigerated containers.
     
  14. What should I do if I receive damaged items?
    If you receive a damaged item, please contact the store on (08) 9757 3733, 7 - 5, Monday to Friday, and we will arrange to replace the item at your earliest convenience.
     
  15. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
    If you appear to be missing an item from your order, please contact the store on (08) 9387 9733, 7 - 5, Monday to Friday, and we will arrange to replace the item at your earliest convenience.
     
  16. What happens if I am not happy with my order once it is delivered?
    If you are not happy with your order, please contact the store on (08) 9757 3733, 7 - 5, Monday to Friday, and we will arrange to replace the items at your earliest convenience.
     
  17. Service Fees
    We charge a fee of 6% of the order total, excluding delivery charge, to a maximum of $15.00 per order.
  18. Sorry we do not post any products to any location. If the product states it is on our website it is not necessary available as items can be discontinued.
 
Click n Collect
 
  1. What is Click n Collect?
    We have made buying your groceries even easier. Simply place an order online, select a pick up time from the time slots provided at checkout.

    We will do the shopping for you and make sure your groceries are ready at the checkout when you arrive.
     
  2. Is there a fee for the Click n Collect service?
    We charge 6% of your total order to Pick, Pack and have your groceries ready when you arrive.
     
  3. How do I view available collection times?
    Once you finalise your order and arrive at the checkout page you will be able to select a collection time.
     
  4. What are the cut off times for Click n Collect?
    Orders must be placed by midnight the day before your order is to be collected.
     
  5. Where do I collect my order from?
    You can collect your order from the front desk at our store. Please quote your order number so we can find your order easily.
     
 
Orders and Payment
 
  1. How do I checkout?
    Simply click on the 'Checkout' button to the Right hand side of the site.

    1. Confirm your delivery address
    2. Select your Collection / Delivery time
    3. Add any special instructions or requests
    4. Enter your credit card details
    5. Click on the 'Checkout' button at the bottom of the form.

    After your order has been placed successfully an email will be sent to your email address with a copy of your order attached.
     
  2. Can I order a large quantity of a particular product?
    Please contact the store on 08 9757 3733, 7 - 5, Monday to Friday if you wish to order a large quantity of a particular product.
     
  3. How far in advance can I place an order?
    An order can be placed up to one week in advance.
     
  4. What happens if an item is out of stock?
    You may elect to have us replace the item with a comparable product. If you do not choose this option we will deduct the price of the product from the total of your order and contact you.
     
  5. Is there a minimum order amount?

  1. Can I view my order history?
    Yes, by clicking on the 'Saved Trolleys' link at the top of the page you can view orders you have previously saved, as well as all orders you have placed on the site.
     
  2. How do I send my orders to a different address?
    On the checkout page you will be asked to confirm your delivery address. This will default to the address saved on your account, but you can change it if required.

    You can also click on 'My Account' at the top of the site to change your address permanently.
     
  3. Can I save my order and complete it later?
    Yes, when you log out of the site with an unfinished order, logging in again will automatically restore your last order.
     
  4. How do I cancel an order?
    To cancel an order you will need to call our store on (08) 9757 3733, 7 - 5, Monday to Friday and we will be able to cancel your order.
     
  5. How do I order from my last or previous orders?
    You can view saved orders by clicking on the "Frequent Purchases' link at the right side of the site.
  6. Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
    Unfortunately at this stage orders can't be changed after it has been placed. We hope to add this feature in the near future.
