Preparation Instructions
How to prepare: Cook from frozen. BBQ or Pan Fry: Medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Turn halfway. Oven: 170oC for 18-20 minutes. Turn halfway. Air fryer: 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Turn halfway. Over cooking dries and toughens. Heat thoroughly and evenly before eating.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen at or below -18°C.
